Welcome to week 32! If each week was a year, Premoney would officially be older than I am. Very excited about this weeks companies. Both are early on, hitting PMF and are looking for money to support their launch. Would love for you all to help support them!

Raise Details: $600k @ $8mm cap, 50% committed
Vertical: Research
Business Model: Freemium
1-Liner: Video-powered surveys for richer customer insights.
Description: 79% of product managers say they do not spend enough time talking with their users, primarily due to the cumbersome nature of conducting qualitative research (e.g. outreach, scheduling, conducting the sessions, insights synthesis). It's just too slow a process to be done regularly. With Muze, teams can send asynchronous video surveys and save time without sacrificing quality of feedback. Ask users about new features or pain points, and understand the “whys” behind their behavior in more depth. We know from years of research that respondents are more likely to respond to survey requests over scheduling time for a user interview. At the same time, the open-ended feedback is compartmentalized and easier to review, and individuals can more easily share video and audio feedback to get teams on the same page.
